I am a real estate agent. I hired EverClean to clean a condo I am preparing to list. This condo had been smoked in and needed a deep clean to get rid of as much of the smoke residue as possible before painting. The communication leading up to the cleaning was great. She arrived early and was ready to get started. It ended up being a much bigger job than expected! She stuck to the original quote, even though the job took 4-5 hours longer than she thought it would. She kept me updated on the progress as well as asked if I wanted her to adress some of the spots that we had not discussed. I will definitely use EverClean to do cleaning for me in the future!
