- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer FIRST VISIT DISCOUNTS. We offer flat rate pricing. We offer a referral program. Therefor if a currant client refers us a new client, they will receive $50 off their next cleaning when that referral becomes a reoccurring client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Excellent customer service is so important. Our standard is to communicate through thumbtack or email. Set up a virtual client walk through or phone walk through. A range in fee is then quoted and emailed. A Deep Cleaning or a General Cleaning is then scheduled; whichever best suites your home. Our team comes out and cleans your home professionally. A follow up call is made within 24 hours to ensure your 100% satisfaction with your first cleaning to ensure you are totally happy with our service. We then schedule their maintenance cleanings for what the requirements of your home is. Either every 2 or every 4 weeks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Business Management. I have 4 years experience in operations management of 160 room high end property, managing 12 housekeepers. I completed 16 weeks of training and received certification through Cleaning Business Fundamentals.I have 6 years of hands on house cleaning experience.
