If I had an option to provide 10 stars, I would! I had an issue with my dryer not turning on, and the appliance company and another electrician were playing blame game. Lucas from LNPRO diagnosed the issue wherein the dryer outlet was only providing 120v instead of 240v. He replaced the circuit breaker (went to 3 different stores to find the breaker required), and promptly fixed the issue. I also got an additional socket outlet installed in my cloak room. Very neat, clean work with a reasonable price! I would 100% recommend them for any electrical issues/work.

Lucas was a great communicator throughout the process, he answered texts and questions immediately, and I worked closely with him to coordinate the repair. I appreciated his flexibility and willingness to work around/through obstacles that came up. The worker that did the repair was professional, thorough, and while he didn’t speak much English so we coordinated through Lucas, we all made it work in the end! I’m very happy with the siding repair. If I had one piece of feedback, it would be to thoroughly review project requirements again one day before the start date so all the tiny details get double checked, particularly materials needed.

Lucas and his two helpers did a number of tasks to ready our home for listing: refinished a large raised deck, removed carpet and install luxury vinyl plank in our lower level, painted two rooms. We are very satisfied with the work and found Lucas polite, friendly, responsive to questions and concerns and easy to work with, adjusting the scope of work as we got clearer about what we ourselves could and could not handle. He and his guys were also most considerate about moving a few items of large furniture that were impossible for us to do ourselves as disabled seniors. All in all, we highly recommend LNPRO!
