- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are $60.00 per hour with a 20% markup on all labor, material, and subcontractors provided by us. All fixed priced type bids will be completed individually.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically upon first contact with a client, generally by phone, we will discuss the project and what our company can offer. We will then set up a meeting to meet at which we will then walk through the project and discuss the scope of work involved, as well as set up a budget for the project. Making sure that we are a good fit for you, your family, and your home must be established before this meeting has concluded is a priority. Our second meeting would typically be again at the home where we will discuss and review the proposal as it pertains to the scope of work.
