Repairman was unable to fix the problem. Said that the necessary parts were on back order from China. He said that we would either have to live with the problem or get a new appliance.

Dear Robert, We are deeply sorry that we couldn't help you with the repair. Unfortunately the parts for your model are not available, we could order it as a backorder from the manufacturer, but it has no ETA and it could take two or more months. Of course it's not a solution for a proper repair, nobody would wait that long, and we understand that you need to keep your food cold. That's why our technician advised you to buy a new refrigerator, it could be a better solution to save your food. Was it our tech’s insufficient communication skills and language barrier, or said in some bad manner or anything else - we apologize for that!

Andriy was on time, professional, and took care of an annoying squeaky dryer. He had the parts to replace what was broken and did it in a timely manner.10/10, I'll be calling him for help on a faulty ice maker soon.
