The technician, Slava, was very professional and patient throughout the repair process. He was able to test and diagnose the issue (washer needed a new sensor to allow washer basket to spin again without error code). Unfortunately the washer couldn't be fixed on same day because the sensor part needed to be ordered. Once the part arrived at their office 2 days later, Slava returned to repair/replace the sensor in the washer. Another note was that the scheduled time was 5pm, but he was able to arrive at 2:30pm instead. Washer fixed!

1Call Repair responded to my request for refrigeration repair. Thermostat and a capacitor needed to be replaced on a 12 year old whirlpool. The service technician was capable, trained and did more than basic repair. he also checked to verify the rest of my refrigerator was in good working condition too. I’d hire him again and wish him much success as he builds up his business. Thank you

This company was fantastic. Not only were they able to do the job the next day, they were able to repair another item that they found needed attention, and showed to me, while they had my dryer already apart. That saved me a separate service call and more money. They were pleasant, efficient, explained things well and were over $140 less than another company that had come out and given me a bid. I will definitely use them again, if needed!!
