I put out a request to replace a tub and surround in a couple of rental units. I was making appointments for people to look at the job. SOS made an a rough cost estimate before coming to the job which seemed reasonable. He showed up, and we adjusted the price based upon the existing conditions, and I agreed to do some things to save some dollar and agreed to have him do some additional stuff and we signed a contract, made a payment and he started to work on the job right then. I went to pick up supplies and by the time I got back he was ready for the install. By the end of the day it was done, and it was done very well. He was organized, his van was well stocked, he was exacting and clean in his work. Great job. I have will another projects for him. You will be pleased with his work. Please hire him.

Referred by a general contractor, and neighbor, Corneliu worked with us on a complete bathroom renovation. The referral proved to be outstanding.I am not a contractor. As such, I had no choice but to put my full trust in Corneliu, which proved to be trust well placed. His professionalism and skill were evident throughout the project, his commitment to our satisfaction was evident by his willingness to take time to problem solve and work through changes, and his integrity was highlighted when he declined to replace a water heater that still had good life left in it. Out of an abundance of caution, I stayed close for most of the renovation work, but found myself telling my wife that I was comfortable leaving our home full of contractors as long as Corneliu was present.We are comforted to know we have a trusted plumber we can rely on for quality work in the future.
