- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a military discount for any active duty, retired or veteran service member with proof of service. I require a 50% non refundable deposit up front to secure your date, with the remaining 50% due at least 24 hours prior to your event. The only exception to the deposit is if you cancel with at least a 60 day advanced notice then your deposit will be refunded in full and cancelations with at least 30 days notice will be refunded 50% of the original deposit amount. I will also make exceptions for anyone able to provide proof of a medical or other emergency or major situation causing them the need to cancel their event. I can also swap dates to a different date with at least 30 days notice as long as I still have the date you are requesting available. My rates vary depending on size of event, amount of hours, time of year, if it's a holiday, what you are wanting me to provide as far as equipment and supplies, the bar menu, etc.
