- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price per job and not per hour. It is based on approximate sq. ft, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, number of people living in the space, number of pets, how often it is to be cleaned, and if it is a standard clean/deep clean/move out clean, etc... We bring our own supplies and use safe products, mostly homemade. If you are looking for a clean that includes the use of bleach or bleach-based products (for mold or sanitizing), please know that for the safety of our cleaners as well as to not cause damage in the home, we do not use bleach products. Things to be added on would be the inside of the fridge/oven/cabinets/windows/wall washing/changing linens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We find out what the potential client is looking for in a cleaning, how soon they are looking to have it done, and where they are located. If it turns out that we are a good match for their cleaning needs, then we will give them an online estimate, wait for confirmation, and then put them on the schedule. The client will be contacted the following day to follow-up with the cleaning and see if they are satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaners are fully vetted and go through a comprehensive training program to prepare them to be professional cleaning technicians. This training includes dealing with the new Covid protocols.
