FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not give a direct quote until I see the extent of work I will do. However, I have a price range for every service on my website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is for the customer to tell me what they need and what they have. If they need a Resume, my question is: Do you have an existing one or are we starting from scratch? Same thing for other services like Business Plan. The next step is for the customer to send whatever information they have. For those who do not have anything, I send a list of information I need from them. Some clients are fine communicating with me by phone and online; others prefer to meet me in person. Those who meet me in person are serious about availing of my service and are ready to pay me during the meeting. I start with work after payment, and after all information I need is turned over to me. I give my clients a timetable of how long a project will take.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree in English. Other than this, I had my own Human Resources company for a considerable number of years, which makes me very familiar with what companies are looking for when it comes to employees. Prior to my HR stint, I worked for a PR-Advertising agency. This is an edge that I have as a content writer. Put all these education and training together and that sums up my competitive edge.
