FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I make a living not killing. Pricing is based on the sq footage and age of the home. I offer a 10% discount for military.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak with the new customer about their project making sure that Redemption Home Inspection is a good fit. Once an inspection is scheduled an inspection agreement (laying out all that will be inspected, the address and the price so that there are no surprises) to be reviewed and electronically signed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Am licensed by the state of Washington as a home inspector. The process includes 96 hrs of class time, 40 hrs of job shadowing and passing a state and national test. On top of completing that process I have many years of personal and professional experience that give me the ability to do a thorough inspection. Some of those experiences are my Electronic Engineering degree, time spent working in the computer networking and telecommunication field. Along with time installing cable (got me used to ladders, attics and crawlspaces) and being insurance agent (giving me inside knowledge on what insurance companies are looking for to make sure a home is insurable).
