- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a lower overhead and believe in providing a competitive bid that still has solid value. The lowest bid doesn’t mean the best value. Remember that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy the estimate process itself. It’s more of a discussion with you to gather info and to provide answers and solutions for your project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 13 years of manufacturing and technical paint experience. I worked for 2 nationally based paint manufactures as a territory sales representative. I serviced and consulted a territory of 300 painting contractors.
