Explained everything and gave us a great deal on the installation of a new furnace and AC unit. When I asked if they could install the smart thermostat I purchased separately, they had no problems with. Job was done quickly and professionally. Saved us a lot money on the other 2 bids I got. I would use them again.

Esther and Marc were great. Our mini split went out. Marc looked at it and worked to trouble shoot the issue. He came up with different options for us for next steps, explained everything well, and didn’t pressure us one way or the other. We opted to replace the unit. His team came out and had it swapped out in a couple hours. Esther was amazing with walking us through the process and working with us. I would recommend Simply Efficient because they are local, family owned, professional, and have great customer service.

Went with Simply Efficient for a mini split install. Their consultant came out and provided the cleanest line options available out of the different quotes I received, as well as new Mitsubishi components. The system is quiet and effective, and I've already recommended their services to neighbors.

Simply Efficient did a great job replacing my gas furnace and AC to electric heat pump and air handler. They provided an itemized list of all costs from the starts to avoid any surprises in the end, and gave the best estimate among different companies I talked with. They walked me through different options and provided me with the potential incentives I could get from different places. They scheduled the installation the next day. Alex, Edgar and Max were great on site. They did an amazing job doing the replacement, left everything better than it was. They even fixed issues they identified in my ducts in the crawl space. After the installation, they followed up to set up an appointment to fine tune my smart thermostat so I could get the best out of my new systems. Overall, amazing experience with Simply Efficient. I am so happy I chose them to do this job
