- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on a flat-rate, meaning we've combined the labor, materials, and incidentals into a standardized package that ensures fairness, estimate creation speed, and competitiveness for all of our customers. This flat rate is applied to the majority of jobs. If a project is unusually complex (this is uncommon), it may affect the price due to added time and materials required to complete the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather as much important information as possible before a visit that will help us understand your concerns and goals for your project. Your name, phone number, email address, and physical address are required. We would also like to know about your existing system and your overall comfort in your home. It's ok if you don't know much about your current system, we're able to service almost any HVAC brand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company is licensed, bonded, and insured through Washington State. Our technicians are also factory trained and certified, background-checked, and drug/alcohol free, with many years of hands-on experience servicing, installing, and maintaining HVAC systems. Our standards demand only the highest-quality workmanship and customer experience.
