Connie went above and beyond. She helped out a lot, despite the fact that we were not on schedule exact timeline. The entire event was a great success, it was stellar. Connie bared with us because we do things differently lol.. Great day for everyone.

Connie is a seasoned professional that you need to hire immediately.  We knew this after our first phone call with her when she explained that her job is to make sure we (and our family members) don't lift a finger on our wedding day. From day 1 she set a very high standard and I know our wedding would not have been as awesome as it was without her and her team. She set up check in meetings with us throughout the planning process and provided tactful nudges in the right direction when we needed advice. 

We are bigtime planners and gave her all the details of how we wanted our dream wedding day to go. She took this plan and executed it PERFECTLY. PERRRRRFECTLY. Even the things we didn't think about (like putting our weddings clothes, presents and an extra dinner meal in our getaway car.) For our wedding rehearsal, she ran the show and got our wedding party locked in and ready for the day. When it came to decorations, all we had to do was send her a picture of our design idea and she executed it better than we had even imagined.

On wedding day, she was EVERYWHERE. She checked in with all our vendors, made sure they stuck to the timeline and cracked the whip when needed!! My favorite part was turning around needing something and she was there with what I needed. Another highlight was how she tactically denied access to anyone who thought they could see the bride and groom before the ceremony.  She protected us and knows how stressful wedding days are and made sure that we had pockets of alone time before hustling us to the next event. 

When we look back on our wedding day, we realize it wouldn't have been half of the incredible and stress free experience that it was without Connie and her team there to manage it all for us.

Hire her. You won't regret it. This was the best money spent as far as I'm concerned. The level of detail, thoughtfulness, communication and professionalism was out of this world. She could see things happening before anyone else and was ahead of the game. Her no nonsense business ethic was just what we needed to keep our wedding on track and running smoothly. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal is to make your wedding day joyful and stress free. I ONLY provide DAY OF COORDINATION. I give a 10% discount to Military.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet to discuss all of the details of the ceremony and reception. I mean every detail. Leave nothing to chance. I will meet with all of the professionals the day of the cermony to ensure we are all in snyc with your plans. I prefer that family, friends and wedding party do not participate in the set up. This is a day for all of you to enjoy and for the focus and attention is on you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in psychology and a masters in social work. I have post graduate training in individual and couples therapy. Beyond that, I just wing it.
