I sent a text on Thursday and the service was done the following Tuesday, he called 3 hours before due time and asked if he could come early because the morning job finished early. He did an excellent job and we will call him back next time.

Cleaned roof, gutters, windows and siding Excellent communication, very professional and timely. The work was done well and thoroughly the first time. Our roof had a huge amount of moss, and Spencer cleaned most off. The rest, which would have damaged the roof to mechanically remove, he treated. He told us what to expect as it died and fell off, which it did. He said that if any was left after 2 weeks, he would re- treat it. A little did remain, and when I called, he did exactly that. Great service, excellent work, and the best price (they offer a cleaning package that was like getting the Windows done for free compared to the other bids we got). Will definitely call them again next time we need these services.
