FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts for military and union members. For general bid work, there is a $75 estimating fee, which covers the cost of providing a bid, this fee is waived if hired. If additional work is needed, such as removing materials for diagnostics to complete the bid, a core project cost of $350 applies. This cost is credited toward the project if you choose to proceed with the work after receiving our estimate, we also offer in house payment plans if requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to meet new clients in person to discuss new builds and ideas. Depending on the scope of the project, this may lead to a formal bid and budgeting process. For smaller repair projects, we can often complete them the same or next day if provided enough information through thumbtack, depending on material availability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
