Ethan and his crew were hired after multiple quotes and interviews with other contractors in the surrounding area. Working with the crew has been wonderful and relieved the stress of remodeling. They were hired for a bathroom remodel on our first home. With set backs(uneven floors due to age of home,not easy to fix), unforeseen issues on our 120 year old home, The crew handled every situation with professionalism, patience, understanding and integrity. Working with past contractors, professionally and personally I can say it’s hard to find a crew like them. Ethan responds to your messages/request and communicates well. The quotes are fair knowing this since I like to compare quotes with other surrounding companies. I’ve communicated with others on the thumbtack app when requesting quotes and interviewing. Ethans crew is the most reliable on the app. My experience has been better than I hoped it to be using the app for the first time and grateful to work with the team to create such a beautiful bathroom that has increased our value of the home. I have already requested to use the team for more projects. I bet you biscuits and gravy that any customer who doesn’t work with Ethan and the team will regret it. Thank you!! My fiancée and I just bought our first house and, given the bathrooms were not terrible in this place, we just wanted a little more. I can’t recommend Valorem Construction enough! I had a vision in my mind of exactly what I wanted and they did an amazing job of bringing that to life. I’ve been wanting a metal roof for years and I am so happy I decided to finally get one! Ethan really took the time to answer all my “what if” questions and made me feel very confident I was making the right choice. The professionalism that him and his entire crew displayed throughout the entire process is something that is so hard to find these days. I will be using Valorem for all my future construction needs!

Every project is different and I do my best to not give cookie cutter bids. Its important to treat every job unique and that includes the pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet my customers and do a walk before giving a bid.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College degree and ten years of working high end commercial projects. Seven of those were spent as a Foreman.
