Have a Rubber type roof that I’ve never seen before. During cleaning noted multiple holes on roof. Called24/7 yesterday. They showed up today gave me a fair price for 3 coatings and patch work of a rather large hole that I had not seen with no extra charge but the seam needed extra coating for that there was an extra charge. The roof is so clean & has a 10 year warranty. I’ve enclosed pics of before their work

The first day the crew consisted of one person Jermaine who was on time and got right to work pressure washing the house and driveway. He did the underside of the carport roof and the driveway. The next day they showed up on time and there was two guys, one was Jermaine who hand washed underneath the carport roof and pressure washed it afterwards. Then he scrubbed and power washed the whole house and then his assistant pressure washed the driveway while he scrubbed it with a broom. The other guy was on the roof replacing the flashing between the roof on the house and the carport roof with heavy duty flashing and sealing up the gap between the two roof's before laying down the flashing. When it was all done they cleaned up around the house and headed out.

Anthony and Cynthia are the absolute best. I had a roof leak, I contacted them and they were here within 2 hrs. Unfortunately it was more than a leak, we needed a new roof. Fortunately I had Anthony with his knowledgeable and long experience. It took 2 days and our roof looks absolutely beautiful. Flashing and venting all redone and up to code. We could not be happier. Thank you 🙏🏻
