- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Right now, I have quite some flexibility in pricing. Longer term service will have better discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'd highly prefer we talk before any service is done (start). For Longer term project/service, in person meeting before or during the first few session is highly recommended if possible. The more we know each other, the best is the result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two Master degrees (one from China-SJTU; one from USA); worked in many different areas/industries. Lived in four USA states; also 29 years in China. Have one daughter in medical/graduate school now (about to graduate).
