We had company coming into town so i needed a good deep clean of the house. The 2nd floor of our house was a disaster and I didn't realize it since I haven't been able to use stairs for more than a year. The cleaning crew came in and did an amazing job, including moving furniture. They not only cleaned but helped tidy things up.

The two cleaners worked very hard. I was nervous about hiring someone I didn't know, but I'm so glad I did. Gilda's crew were personable and efficient. Excellent price for the service. Flexible hours that worked with schedule. Do yourself a favor, hire them so you can spend time doing the things you love. It is work every penny!

Started off strong with fast response time, great communication. Scheduled in a timely manner to fit what worked best for me. The house looked nice. The floors were clearly swept and mopped and I was chipper with how nice the bathroom looked - the shower very clean . I was very appreciative of that since I recently had throw my back out and needed some help- the entire reason for this cleaning. I scheduled a deep clean and fridge clean out and mentioned in comments while nothing needed to be washed I did need folding and hanging of already clean clothes. My home is 824sqft - the smaller bedroom and closet did not even need to be touched at all. And I made that clear just the home and 1 bedroom and bathroom. I was given A price of $150. I agreed and I let her know the money would be on the table and how to get into my home. I also mention the dishwasher was not working. There was a sink full of dishes. 80 percent were travel cups from my car. While the dishes were washed they were left on the counter and not put away - not that big of deal. I also had bought brand new hangers and had them right next to the clothes to make it as easy as possible. I reached out to Gilda as soon as I arrived home to let her know we might have had a communication issue about the clothes. She said she would speak with the cleaner and to hold off finding a new cleaner since I did not get the complete service I paid for. I waited to hear back from her and it’s been 24 hours and not a word , no apology, no let’s fix this. I will not be using them again.

I hired Gilda’s Cleaning Services for an in depth move out clean. It was a big job and short notice. She was incredibly responsive and the place now looks like no one has ever lived there! Me and my husband were amazed at how the place looked after, and it was a huge load off our minds. We are definitely recommending her and will reach out to her for our cleaning needs in the future!
