This was an initial cleaning. They came much earlier than agreed, and the cleaning was not what was expected. My family was upset, and cleaning was at all what was expected for a deep clean as advertised and talked about.

Cynthia did not do the cleaning that they had agreed on. Attached a picture of an appliance she had apparently cleaned. The bathroom had hair and she still insisted she had cleaned. When I showed her the dirty areas, she got angry, said she had to go to the next cleaning, dropped my job unfinished. She dumped trash on my driveway before driving away. A very disturbing experience.

Bruno and team were fantastic. Bathrooms, kitchen and other rooms were very well done. Particularly impressive how well the stove turned out. Very efficient and good value. They are on our cleaning schedule. Thank you!.

The apartment was not not dirty barely dusty. It was vacant and easy to clean. The cleaners came 1 hour late so I had to go out as I had other engagement. When I came back the house was barely cleaned. The counter tops as dusty as when I left l. Same for the bathroom. The window interior not cleaned either. I would on the hardwood floor with black socks they were not covered in white dust and some dirt. I think they only vacuumed the bedrooms though I asked for full cleaning. Plus the cleaners came 1 hour late. I took time off from work to make it work and so I couldn't reschedule.

This team was great, right from the beginning, they were very professional and attentive. I was unable to be present at the home for the cleaning, but we were able to communicate via the app and get the whole job done. They offered a great price and were able to do the job far better than I had anticipated. I would hire them again for future work.
