I just got my basement refreshed with Keniel in Dec2024. I truly and highly recommend, Keniel! He is thorough professional, super reasonable pricing for Seattle area. Keniel worked 9-4 most days of week including weekends. He is straight forward, no unnecessary upsells or surprises. He cares deeply about the quality of his work, won’t leave any blemishes even when I told that it’s ok to not fix a few minor things. He single handedly worked on popcorn ceiling removal, refinished and installed ceiling lights, painted 3 rooms to perfection, installed new switches, painted doors and installed knobs. He works independently without needing any inputs or reminders, so I had a real peaceful time and work was finished in 3.5 weeks! Loved the

I highly recommend Keniel! He expanded the small coat closet under our stairs into a storage room. He was very detail focused and communicative along the way. He did a really good job at a fair price. We have curious young children and he was kind and patient with them. We’ll absolutely use Keniel again!

Keniel is the absolute best. He is punctual, professional, & his prices are great. I give him two thumbs up. Above five stars. I will definitely be calling him for more work & refer him to everyone i know. Keep in mind his English is not great, so be patient with him. Get him to come out to see your project & talk to him in person. He is a perfectionist!!! Thank you for everything Keniel.
