Meti is great to work with. He suggested the best windows for our case of sound proofing as we live close to freeway. Though it took 2 months to get the windows as Milgard delivered faulty windows the first time, Meti got it corrected by calling Milgard. He installed our windows within a day after they got delivered. Strongly recommend Glassic.

All of the pricing depends on the job they’re going to have.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I go to the customer’s place and provide them the free estimate. I catch up with them couple days after sending the estimate and explain again about the estimate and ask about their opinion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had a same business in Florida and my country, so I am very familiar with Windows, doors, glass, mirror installations.
