We hired Gil initially to repair the deck. They made sure that the deck was done to our satisfaction. We then hired them to build a patio which turned out beautifully. I would highly recommend them.

I hired Lakeview Construction for a significant backyard project - the dismantling of a large and heavy-duty deck, and replacing that with new pavers (and aligning those pavers with a grass lawn), building and installing new composite stairs, establishing new backyard lighting, etc. They did a great job throughout. The key points that stand out - the top-class quality, professionalism, timeliness of the engagement (~2 weeks from the initial estimate to completion of the work), the competitive price, and the $0 difference between their initial estimate and the invoice. In addition, they also fixed a good number of smaller (yet persistent) issues that I needed resolved around the house, and did those free of charge. I highly recommend their services, and will hire them again in the future should the need arise.

Very nice first meeting. Gil was very polite but never delivered an estimate or provided an update in the time he proposed to do so. I can't comment about his actual work, just on the fact that he left us waiting for his response a couple of times until finally telling us they were unavailable. All the best to Gil and Lakeview though!

We worked with him for getting the permit, paid for structural engineer, architect, paid for city Permit fees, and after the permit was issued -- He stopped pickup our calls or scheduling us on the work. Also the cost of the project was almost doubled on us, and items that were not needed such as new furnace or new electric panel were added to original quote. Our furnace is capable of handling double the size of our current home sq ft and electrical panel also has plenty of space. Over all I am thousands of dollar down the drain for architect plans and permits which is not getting used.
