- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am honest and transparent with pricing. I stick with my original estimate unless there are some unusual things that couldn't be seen.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally like to schedule a phone call to ask questions about a project so that I can give an accurate estimate of labor costs and tools and materials that I may need. A phone consultation is much quicker than texting back and forth and likely can save you money by increasing the chance that i have the right tools and materials for the job.Also having an accurate description and photos helps immensely.

40 years of new construction. remodeling, home repairs,appliance installations and repairs.
