- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are pleased to offer competitive pricing for our services. Our rates are transparent, and we do not charge any hidden fees. Additionally, we are currently offering a special discount of up to 20% on any additional tasks requested after the main project has been completed. This ensures that you receive the best value for your money while maintaining the highest quality of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually request some information and, if possible, pictures of the current project. We will then schedule a visit to discuss and propose a service plan along with the cost. Once the customer agrees with our proposal, we will either start the work immediately or schedule it based on the customer's preference.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A licensed plumber in the state of Washington, needs to undergo extensive education and training to ensure that top-notch services are provided to the customers. My qualifications include: Completing a comprehensive plumbing apprenticeship program, which included both classroom and hands-on training. Obtaining a Residential Plumber License, which requires passing a rigorous examination that tests knowledge of plumbing codes, safety regulations, and technical skills. Participating in ongoing continuing education courses to stay updated with the latest industry standards, technologies, and best practices. Additionally, I am qualified to test backflow assembly systems, ensuring the safety and integrity of your water supply by preventing contamination and maintaining compliance with local regulations.
