Introduction

I am a licensed Notary Public, Wedding Officiant, Photographer, and Process Server located in Washington State- As a Notary, I have notarized many types of documents, and have taken the TRID exam so that I can work with Notary Loan Signings such as Mortgage Refinances, Reverse Mortgages, Property Purchases, Sales, and out of state paperwork for these types of transactions. Performing Notaries for Power of Attorney, Advance Health Care Directives, End of Life paperwork, Financial Directives, Last Will and Testaments, as well as foreign documents. I have Apostille Services available,I offer Electronic Notary Signings, am RON certified (Remote Online Notaries) and if you are short on time, I can take care of your Notary needs online! Price for in person Notaries is $15 per signature requiring Notarization and $5 per set of initials (If needed). If travel is needed, the additional cost is $1.50 per mile traveled and $5 per 10 miles radius traveled. Payment forms accepted are Cash, Cash app, Chime, google pay, Venmo, or Zelle. As a Wedding officiant, I have performed hundreds of ceremonies over the last eight years, have three service packages available, offer Zoom services for any family or friends who can not physically attend your ceremony, can assist with Personalized Vow Samples, and have photography services available for engagement pictures and/or your ceremony. If you'd like to have an elopement, I can also assist with that process. I have a contract for my services, so that everything is set in stone and you don't have any unexpected surprises when it comes to your ceremony and special day going smoothly! For my Process Serving services, My service fee price is $95. This price is equivalent to up to three attempts in needed. After they've been served, or three attempts have been made, mileage is due at $1.50 per mile traveled and $5 per 10 mile radius. From there, I would make the paperwork for court, which will need to be filed before your court date. When booking my services, you guarantee consistency with time management & attention to detail. Hannah was professional and completed our notary need just fine. However, there was a mix up with the timing of when she arrived to perform the service. I had spoken with her earlier that day and she'd said she would be able to come later that evening after she completed another job. Then, when I called her to ask where she was (after waiting 30 minutes past the scheduled window of time for arrival), she admitted she forgot to put in our info into her appointments. She said it would be another 45 min. before she could be there. She did arrive 45 min. from that time after I insisted that we had to complete the notary that evening as it was one of the few nights my fiancée was home from work and could sign the form to be notarized. Plus, there was no mention on her website re: total fee to be charged. There was no indication that travel time would be included and that added another $30 to the estimate of $35 or so that I thought we would be paying. So, with this in mind, this is why the rating is only good.

I am thorough and I will get the job done, efficiently and reliably.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first steps I take is to get client's contact information as well as share mine so that they feel they can communicate on any platform that works well for them- We then establish a time and date that is most convenient for both parties- The next step is to figure what kind of documents are needed to complete the signing and what project on hand is needing completion- Lastly, I establish forms of payment that are doable and arrange to meet up.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Associate Degree in Criminal Justice, Bachelor Degree in Business, and am working on my Master's Degree in Business and Marketing. I am a WA Notary Public. I preform ceremonies as a Wedding Officiant and can assist with writing personalized vows- I have performed many weddings and can also assist with Officiant Services with incarcerated or terminally ill individuals. I have book-keeping experience, and am an Expert with Microsoft Office, Quick Books, and Business software commonly used~ I also have my Process Server license, a Courier Service Business, do transcribing and office work for individuals as a personal assistant, and am qualified to complete Notary Loan Signings for Mortgage Refinances, Reverse Mortgages, and Property Purchases.
