- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I strive to always be competitive in the market, honest and fair to everyone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to chat with the customer first via text or phone, if possible, to see exactly what the project needs would be. If we both think the fit is right, we then agree on scope and price, and set up a time and day to execute task. Upon completion and complete customer satisfaction, we process payment in the most convenient way possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently 43 years old with a young family of 5. For 25 years I have been fixing, assembling, maintaining fixtures and equipment privately and commercially. -I have 17 years in General Construction and Property Management industry. -Taken several Project Mgmt, Property Mgmt, and Real Estate Courses through Rockwell Institute, WA -10 years troubleshooting and repairing gas station systems(pumps/tanks), as a tech and a tech manager. -4 years US Navy, Honorable Discharge as an E5.
