- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Create Fitness We provide one on one, small group, and large group training sessions as well as nutritional guidance. Each person that we meet with starts with a consultation so that we can find the best plan to maximize your success. Monthly rates will vary based on each members individual plan.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You will start with a consultation to determine program for your specific goals. During the consultation we will: -Talk in depth about what you want to accomplish, why it is important to you, previous workout history and experience, current nutritional habits, as well as any preexisting injuries or medical concerns that we should be aware of. -Take baseline measurements such as weight and body composition -Conduct a brief movement analysis to get a baseline of your current fitness level. At the end of the consultation you will discuss your results and the program that would maximize your results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of coaching experience from the general population to high level college athletes. My degrees and certifications include: -B.S. Exercise and Rehabilitation Science (University of Hawaii) -M.S. Exercise and Rehabilitation Science (University of Hawaii) - Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA) -Certified Program Design Specialist (NSPA) -Level 1 Functional Movement Screen Practitioner (FMS) My staff is also highly certified holding certifications from organizations such as: -National Strength and Conditioning Association -National Sports Performance Association -National Academy of Sports Medicine -American College of Sports Medicine -Certified Functional Strength Coach -Functional Movement Systems
