PSB Herrera came out and gave me an estimate the same day I posted my project. Their estimate was the best value of all estimates I received and he was able to do the job in the time frame I wanted. I had a 12x10 ft patio put in with patio pavers. He offered suggestions and showed me pictures of the materials he would be using. The quality of the completed patio was outstanding! So pleased with the project!! I will definitely be using them again in the future and highly recommend.

We hired psb herrera for reseeding, weed removal of our entire yard and doing some gravel work on the side pathways. While they finished the work as expected the yard was patchy after 3 weeks. they came back and put some more seeds. But within 3 more weeks the yard was full of weeds (literally full of weeds). So in 45 days and $4000 later we were left with a yard in the same state it was in before. These guys just state weeds are expected and suggested re-doing the yard again. Not impressed at all.
