Amazing work from these guys, called and asked to see if we can do an inspection. They came over checked everything out and explained what was going on and what they do. Within the same week they were on the job everything we questioned about the process, the issue, and the outcome was answered immediately. If anyone had a recommendation for mold experts these guys would be the first I would recommend to anyone thank you again fellas! I attached a couple photos from before and after.

August was very professional. He came and gave me the estimate on my attic & scheduled me quick to get the project done. He kept me updated on the process throughout the day. He & his crew cleaned up and left the place exactly how it was when they came. I received before and after pictures & they did amazing work. He will also be coming back to make sure no condensation is growing in the attic any longer. Since purchasing my home August is the only guy who actually did a thorough inspection and was able to provide me exactly what was happening in my attic. We highly recommend & will be having him do more projects at my home. Very family friendly.

August did an excellent job with the mold remediation in my attic caused by a leaky roof. He completed the work in about 4 hours and came back 2 hours later to double-check if any spots were missed. He showed me before and after pictures of the treatment, which helped me see the results. The quality of work was high and his price was reasonable. Very satisfied with his service!

August team is great. We had two ductworks that needed to be re-routed, one was a cold air return and the other was a supplier, because they were both choked. August did a careful inspection, gave a very fair quote, and then clarified everything during the process. In the end, we turned on the furnace and tested everything works perfect. Highly recommended.

I contacted August and Aziz to give me an estimate on rodent proofing my attic space. They came out a couple of days later and did a very thorough inspection on the interior and exterior of my home, taking photos of areas where the mice may have been entering as well as all gaps and holes. I feel that they gave me a reasonable estimate with a 5 year rodent proofing warranty. I had received three estimates all ranging from various pricing, however, based on the time they took with their original inspection, I felt that I trusted them to do the job well and hired them. They came out quickly after and spent most of the day working on rodent proofing, cleaning up mice droppings and sanitizing. They also set traps and will be back out to check traps when I call them. So far very pleased and I’ll be able to sleep better knowing this mice problem has been remedied. Some of the photos are before and after the rodent proofing. They had a very large space to work with and were able to get it done. Thanks August and Aziz!
