This team does great work, super simple and efficient process too. Absolutely recommended! Our basement living/lounge room still had original carpet and tiling from ~1961, and JF Flooring installed cozy new carpet while preserving some of the retro feel. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process when working with a new customer is we first get in touch with them and get an idea of what work is needed to be done. We then schedule an appointment to go measure the jobsite. Once we have the measurements we then send the customer an estimate either by email or text (whichever is preferred). If the price is right, we then schedule a day(s) to go install the flooring.
