Fabian and his team did an amazing job installing LVP in our 1 bed 1 bath apartment. He took the time to understand our requirements, patiently listening to us and providing us valuable inputs on how to approach the project. Him and his team clearly communicated the process, quoted a fair price, and got the job done, even working around our HOA rules and completing the project on time. Fabian took utmost care in completing the project, even going an extra mile to find parts and material to fix minor cosmetic defects on a short notice. Overall, I’m highly satisfied with his work and I would definitely work with him and his team on future projects.

Best contractor I’ve worked with. Started and finished on time even though the manufacturer sent us the wrong floor, he drove to Portland and back to Tukwila to pick up the new floors so that they could finish on time. Highly recommended

This team was amazing. We had tenants that let their cat pee and vomit all over the primary bedroom carpet, and it needed to be replaced. JF Flooring was very responsive from the start and helped us through the whole process. They worked with me to identify the correct carpet replacement, provided prompt invoices that I needed to send to our rental agency and did excellent work. I would 100% go with them again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process when working with a new customer is we first get in touch with them and get an idea of what work is needed to be done. We then schedule an appointment to go measure the jobsite. Once we have the measurements we then send the customer an estimate either by email or text (whichever is preferred). If the price is right, we then schedule a day(s) to go install the flooring.
