He came in and right away said our chimney wasn't safe to use and explained why. Then he went above and beyond and explained our options, including tax credits that were available to us for various options we chose. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

We are in the process of removing our wood burning fireplace. Starbright was able To help us problem solve and gave us a referral to a roofer who could patch the roof for us. I don’t know much about removing fireplaces so it was really helpful to chat through how to accomplish the removal.

Had rain start to come in under chimney flashing and Starbright was able to respond quickly. While on the phone they were able to assess the chimney and the situation through Google photos and give a fair estimate. The final price came in the same as the quote.
