FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m not going to be the cheapest but that comes with making sure we don’t forget anything. However I know your working with a budget so let’s make it work. I try and provide an all inclusive price so you can stay to that budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First things first, tell me the vision for your event. It’s bigger then what drinks you want me to pour. If I can understand what vibe you want to create I can help you execute that from behind the bar. Next would be making sure we have everything we need. I’m notorious for over preparing. I hate to run out of things and misplace them. The more we communicate the better your event will be. Communication is the key to everything successful.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned from the “good old boys”. I have been doing this for 20 years. Yes I have a MAST permit so the state says I’m qualified to be a bartender. If I had $10 for every person fresh out of bartending class with paper in had trying to become a bartender we would be in Bora Bora right now. As a manager I always hired the person with the most experience rather then the one carrying the “certificate”.
