Repairman was very thorough. He went through the machine and gave detailed remarks and also showed us where another repair company who came out the day before had left some of the components disconnected when they left. My husband felt that he was the most competent and skilled repairman we've ever used. You can only choose three items that you like about the service in the remarks, or we would have included punctual and responsive as well. We plan to use this company as our default repairman for our rental business.

Alex was very quick to help me resolve the issue, I informed him of the dryer's condition ahead of time and he brought along any parts that might need replacing. In addition to the repair, he showed me how to clean the outside vent, cleaned the inside of the machine, and checked other parts as well. Very good experience.

I accidentally dropped a sponge down my dryer lint trap late at night, at 10pm I was messaging with Alex and he offered a time slot the following day. He got the sponge out in less than half an hour and the dryer is good as new! We will definitely be reaching out for any future appliance needs

Alex arrived when expected, was polite & professional & assessed my renter's 15 yr old dishwasher that had leaked. During his thorough inspection he also found an area with rust. So, I'm thankful it lasted as long as it did, but will be purchasing a new dishwasher but will definitely contact Alex if I have another appliance that needs repair.
