FIXIT repaired my dryer the same day I reached out, and did a great job. Alix was communicative, punctual and pleasant, and showed me what had broken, the market cost for replacement parts, and made sure I could approve an accurate estimate before repairing and cleaning the unit completely within a few hours. Repairman was very thorough. He went through the machine and gave detailed remarks and also showed us where another repair company who came out the day before had left some of the components disconnected when they left. My husband felt that he was the most competent and skilled repairman we've ever used. You can only choose three items that you like about the service in the remarks, or we would have included punctual and responsive as well. We plan to use this company as our default repairman for our rental business.
