- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and consistent! If your event is more than 25 miles from Tri-Cities, WA, we do have a travel fee. That will be calculated as part of your quote!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We spend a few minutes chatting about the event - where it's being held, what time it's starting and ending, and what you're hoping the event will look and feel like! Then we'll walk you through what types of booths are available for the big day, and get you pricing for your photobooth rental!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Camerazzi's staff has over a decade of combined experience in the event industry and photobooth rentals! We also visit the national Photobooth Expo's every year to keep current on the up-and-coming trends and new equipment, features, and setups!
