I am working with The Dream Team long distance to send housecleaning services to my friend. I contacted Chaz on Monday & his team did a deep clean today. My friend was ecstatic about her house. “Clean,” “smells so good” and “sparkling” were some of her descriptions of this company. I couldn’t be more pleased! 😀

Not what I expected. They were a half hour late. The vacuum and carpet cleaners did not work. They tried to leave 2 1/2 hours into an 8 hour job I paid $900 for in advance. They had an hour for lunch and 1 1/2 hours chasing for new equipment. I was very frustrated by 5:30pm when they left. So they were only at the house for a total of4 1/2 hours and I didn't get any refund or credit at all. I won't use the again. To much frustration for me.

On the day, I requested an earlier start, and they happily complied. Punctual arrival, swift work, and completion within the agreed timeframe ensued. Boxes were placed in their designated rooms, with delicate items handled meticulously. I'd gladly hire them again and wholeheartedly recommend their services.
