- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We bill based off time. Historically we have found that this is the most transparent way to complete projects and complete them in the correct manner. On average time and material winds up being approximately 20% less than "bid work" for the end consumer. And it allows you to fully prioritize and customize what you would like to have completed and when. Our minimum appoint time is two hours, which typically fits well for most smaller tasks (door repair, fixture updates, small furniture assembly, curtains, mounting a single TV, hanging art or pictures etc). Any time beyond the two hours is pro-rated in 15 minute increments so you only pay for the time we are there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Its easy, we will respond on Thumbtack and then promptly call as well to ensure we answer any questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a team of Multi-Skilled Craftspeople that have a tenured experience in the trades (carpentry, painting, general contracting and remodeling). Our team is humble, kind and driven to provide a great customer experience. Our team meets twice per month to discuss project safety in various categories as well as discussing any new or trending repair and home maintenance topics. We will provide hands on training for any new items when at all possible.
