My journey as a Pilates instructor began years ago when I first discovered my passion for movement and wellness. I started with mat Pilates and later earned my certification through Merrithew, deepening my knowledge and skills. Recently, I took another step forward and became certified by Balanced Body for Reformer Pilates. I absolutely love teaching in my cozy, small home studio, where I offer private, personalized sessions. Helping individuals connect with their bodies and improve their movement is truly fulfilling—it’s more than a job; it’s my passion.
