- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I require a 20% deposit to confirm booking which is refundable up to 48 hours ahead of the job date. This deposit can be made through thumbtack, Venmo, Zelle, or Apple Pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After personal introductions, I always ask for photos or video of the space (zero judgement). From there I will ask, if you could snap your fingers and create your dream space what would it look like and by when? This helps me tailor my efforts to meet your goals. Once I understand your goals, I am able to provide an estimate based on the job, goals and desired timeline.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve been a hobbyist organizer for YEARS. I truly enjoy being able to create functional spaces watching the stress lift off the shoulders of those I meet along the way.
