I did a birthday decoration with Leila. She did a 7 ft balloon arch and two cluster of balloons + decorating the table with more balloons on the floor. Overall I was happy with the effort put(about 1 hour). She was also on time and flexible with the time we were supposed to meet. I’d recommend her if you are interested in a lot of balloon decorations.
