- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Text me for the best deal. We are very transparent with our pricing. You should always feel confident about how the pricing works; with any company you're reaching out to. Ask about our limited time, any two (2) rooms and any three (3) rooms promotion. And a Sofa + Loveseat cleaning special.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Some new customers have never had someone come into their home to clean their carpets and flooring. It's a very personal thing, and we're sensitive to that. We really want to build the trust with you first. It's important for us and you as the customer to at least have a phone conversation, not just text or messaging, and even better, have us onsite for a free estimate. This usually goes a long way in helping you build trust in us, and the work we can perform for you, and the confidence to move forward with the job. We will ask a lot of questions of new customers to really understand what results they are looking for and we will be transparent about the results you should expect.
