We, Edward and Poul Stolyarenko, father and son, are the founders of Builder Land LLC. We share 42 years of collective construction experience between the two of us. This review is long overdue. Edward did an incredible job at my home. He tiled over a tired looking fireplace and made it a showpiece. He installed a complicated patterned travertine floor which is stunning. Finally, he installed my kitchen and laundry room backsplashes with precision. Everything looks amazing. Edward was on time, open to my ideas and also providing good insight on things I should consider. There is no one else I would ever hire to complete my home projects. Thank you for your excellent workmanship.

Eduard did a great job tiling my kitchen floor as well as 3 bathrooms and a fireplace. He was priced well and completed his work quickly. Plus he's an earnest, nice guy! I will use him for my future projects.

Full tiling of kitchen, full bathroom and master bath/shower; front entry and fire hearth. Included installation of Schluter shower system, Kerdiboard sub tile flooring. Job included travertine floor (master bath) and base boarding, base boarding in second bath, decorative breaks in tub and shower tiling.
BuilderLand Llc, were fast, efficient and caring. Eduard and Paul know their stuff, offered considered and good suggestions on look and finish, met some really tight deadlines with little apparent care for their own wellbeing, and, despite changes and unexpected issues, maintained their cheer and helpful latitude. Costs were controlled an below expected. In addition, Paul and Eduard undertook a number of tasks that were necessary to the overall project, but not part of either the original contract or strictly within the scope of expected work. These guys were more than helpful, they gave both the impression and proof that they were invested in the project as a whole, not just their part of it; and offered assistance that allowed the overall project to stay on track. The quality of tiling work was outstanding, and they were the tidiest tilers that I have ever worked with, no mess, no spatter. The process of tiling was kept clean at every step, tile by tile!
I cannot praise this contractor
enough. They were a true pleasure to work with.
