I’ve had a very pleasant experience overall with this company. They are very professional and do a good job. If you’re looking for tree removal and trimming, look no further. Malcolm, who does the sales came over to take a look at the trees we needed gone and gave us a very fair and competitive quote. Malcolm took his time to explain and answer any and all of doubts I had. I believe that consultation lasted 40 minutes. After the consultation too, he was available on phone for any changes I wanted. The crew who came out to do the trimming were professional and expertly cut down the trees in just couple of hours. Lastly, Jacob who did the stump grinding was also very pleasant to interact with and professional.

The Northern Craft Tree Solutions team arrived and made quick work of 3 old laurel trees. They let me know exactly what to expect and even raked and blew the leaves and sawdust away. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat.

When I contacted Northern Craft Tree, I was contacted and visited in the same day. The estimate was very good, and the explanation of the proposed work was very easy to understand and also very very helpful and reasonable. Basically I was asking to remove a hanging tree limb that looks dangerous. Matt helped me identify additional risky ones to remove to avoid near future incidents as well as helping giving more light to the yard. On the work day the chipper and the crew showed up very early but waited until 8 am to ring the bell. They were very professional. All leaves and debris were raked well, and the ground looked better than before. The work itself was also very quickly and safely done. Thanks a lot for such a good job at our place.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our projects have a $500.00 minimum. We offer senior, military, first responders and a referral discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process starts with our receptionist who will get all your information (name, phone number, email, and site address) to set a free consultation with one of our certified arborists, then once the appointment is over the arborist will send an email proposal, once the proposal is accepted our crew scheduler will give you a welcome call, and find a time that works best to schedule a crew to come and do the work.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with both commercial (businesses, restaurants, etc.) and personal properties ( homes, rentals, Air BnBs, ect.)
