Tricia is professional and easy to communicate with. She cleans our office building and has completely overhauled the place. It's always clean and smells amazing. She even reorganized our supply closet so everything is easy to find. We hired her to also clean our home before the holidays and even our guests were complimenting how clean and wonderful smelling the house was. If you need a cleaner she's your girl! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon request submission, we will reach out to potential client to schedule a call to discuss the project. We are always available via phone, email or text. Once we have some specifics, we can provide a quote. If the client has square footage, pictures of areas or specifics on trouble spots, this information is always helpful. We look forward to hearing from you!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
More than 20 years in the cleaning & facility management.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I went to work for a cleaning agency in 2003. In 2008 I moved into the Enviromental Health and Safety field to include facility management. In 2018, I managed 4 building campus, with one additional off-site building. This included finding cleaning and janitorial services, HVAC, Safety, HAZMAT and Waste streams.
