- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon request submission, we will reach out to potential client to schedule a call to discuss the project. We are always available via phone, email or text. Once we have some specifics, we can provide a quote. If the client has square footage, pictures of areas or specifics on trouble spots, this information is always helpful. We look forward to hearing from you!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
More than 20 years in the cleaning & facility management.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I went to work for a cleaning agency in 2003. In 2008 I moved into the Enviromental Health and Safety field to include facility management. In 2018, I managed 4 building campus, with one additional off-site building. This included finding cleaning and janitorial services, HVAC, Safety, HAZMAT and Waste streams.
