Our planning fee is tailored to your trip’s specifics, including proximity to departure, group size, itinerary complexity, and the number of itinerary revisions requested. We’ll discuss and finalize the fee during our consultation call to ensure it aligns with your expectations and you won’t have any surprises down the line. After submission, we'll send you a calendar invite so you can arrange a consultation call on your schedule and delve into your specific preferences and desires. 2. Meet: We begin with a complimentary call where we dive into your travel dreams and discuss the best options to bring them to life! Think of this as a relaxed brainstorming session rather than a sales pitch. We'll answer your questions and pose a few of our own to ensure we’re the right fit for your ideal getaway. Once you’ve agreed to move forward & complete your service fees payment, we’ll get to work crafting a personalized proposal tailored to your needs. 3. Collaborate: Whether the options we’ve presented are spot-on or need a bit of tweaking, your luxury travel advisor is here to assist. You have the option to request one included revision to the proposed itinerary, ask clarifying questions, or approve it as is. Provide as much or as little feedback as you like—it's entirely up to you! 4. Confirm: Once we’ve perfected your itinerary, we’ll handle all bookings and reservations, ensuring every detail is in place. We’ll confirm amenities and special requests, and use our connections to secure VIP status at luxury properties. With your final approval, we’ll issue an invoice for the deposit, with amounts and due dates based on your travel date and the partners involved. Before your departure, we’ll provide your custom itinerary, custom travel requirement advice, and any additional reference materials to support your journey. And don’t worry about future deadlines! We’ll make sure we remind you ahead of time so you don’t miss a single important checkpoint. 5. Bliss: With your trip finalized, it’s time to embark on your journey and HAVE FUN —whether you’re exploring new destinations or relaxing on a serene sunset cruise. We’ll oversee all the details before and during your trip, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Should any issues arise we’ll be your lifeline, ready to assist. Our meticulous attention to detail allows you to fully immerse yourself in the experience and savor every moment, knowing that we’re handling everything else. 6. Share: When you return, we’ll catch up and relive your adventures together! We’ll flip through travel photos, listen to your favorite stories, and hear all about what you loved and what we might tweak for next time.
