- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Ampure Electric is proud to offer senior and military discounts of 5% on any and all services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Intake: We will dive into the details of your project, begin to understand why this project is important to you, and see if we are a good fit for each other. If it makes sense we move on to the next step. Consultation: This step is where we will coordinate and get you on the schedule for a site visit to take a closer look at the full extent of what will need to be done to achieve a successful result. We will also review estimated timelines for project delivery. Proposal: We will prepare an estimate based on everything we learned at our on site consultation. This will consider your goals, budget, and be tailored for your needs to achieve the desired outcome. Acceptance: At this step, we will get approvals on the proposal, collect a deposit, and move to the planning stage. Planning: Every project is unique and has it's own set of obstacles to overcome before getting started. Sometimes quick and easy, sometimes long and drawn out. At this step, we will begin coordinating with necessary authorities and service providers to obtain proper permits, coordinate disconnects, ordering materials, or begin submitting relevant applications in the event of a larger project. Delivery: Finally, the day is here! This is where our certified experts commence work. Depending on your project, this could be a day, sometimes it may be weeks. But, we will have already reviewed expectations of the timeline by this point. We will have trained and friendly professionals working to deliver the final result with confidence. Completion: Upon completion of your project, we will ensure our work meets expectations and achieves your goals. This is also where required final electrical inspections will be signed off and passed, job site cleanup will be completed, final payments collected, and we allow you to enjoy your home with its new improvements. Post-Completion Service: If by chance you ever have any issues, we will be here to promptly address any concerns. We stand behind our work, we value our clients in addition to our reputation. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Co-Owner, Karlan Stouffer, is a licensed Electrical Administrator and Journey-level residential electrician in the State of Washington. All team members who produce electrical work for Ampure Electric are properly licensed Journeyman OR properly certified Trainees under the supervision of a licensed Journey level electrician as required.
