5 Stars! We needed seismic/earthquake straps installed on our water heater as part of our home sale, and after reaching out to multiple plumbers, State Plumbing Utilities was the clear choice. Other companies wanted to charge just to come out for a quote, and some quoted nearly four times what John asked for. John and Mark were incredibly responsive from the start, and their sense of humor over text made the whole process surprisingly fun. They scheduled us right away, gave a heads‑up when they were on the way, and finished the job faster than I ever expected. They even found a way to work in a discount, which we really appreciated. The installation was professional, clean, and done with real care. We were worried about how the straps would attach, but they handled everything flawlessly and made the whole process completely painless. I cannot recommend them enough. If you need plumbing work done, these are the people you want to call.

I had an excellent experience with this company for my water heater maintenance! From the start, they were incredibly quick to respond, and scheduling was fast and easy.
