- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We only have two fees that we charge, a placement fee and a monthly management fee, that’s it! No fees for maintenance coordination or inspections. Everything is included to keep things simple for our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all begins with a phone call or email conversation. If the client is interested, I will schedule a time to tour the property to see if it is a good fit and also answer any questions the client has about our company.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Washington Real Estate License.
